"Finally Found the Bag in My Size"
I’d been looking everywhere for this bag in my size, so I was relieved to finally see it in stock here. After all the back-and-forth with other stores, I almost felt like someone owed me an apology for the hassle. Glad I was able to get it in the end

I ordered a small leather purse and, uh, I was happy with the colour overall. It looked really close to the photos on the website, just maybe a tiny bit darker when I saw it in normal indoor lighting.
Not a big deal for me because I still really like it, but it’s probably worth mentioning if you’re trying to match it with a specific bag or outfit.

"Great quality leather, just a small flaw"
The leather feels really lovely and sturdy, better than a lot of bags I’ve bought in the past. It did take about a week to soften up, and I noticed a tiny mark on the inside, so I think it’s only fair to mention that. But overall, I’m really happy with it and still feel like it was a good buy.

I ordered a wallet from Aspinal of London and realised I’d chosen the wrong colour, so I had to exchange it. The actual process wasn’t difficult, and customer service did get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. That said, the wait for the replacement felt a bit frustrating and took a few days longer than I expected. It did arrive in the end, and the packaging was lovely, but the slower exchange definitely took the shine off it a bit. Happy with the wallet overall, just wish they’d been quicker getting it sorted.

I had to return a wallet, the whole thing was simple. Like I said, it wasn’t anything complicated, I sent it back and got my refund a few days later. The updates took a little longer than I expected, but like I said, it wasn’t a big issue overall.

I had a little issue with my order and wasn’t sure who I was supposed to contact, so I just sent a message through the site and hoped for the best.
They got back to me way quicker than I expected, like really, really quick. The person who replied was friendly too, and it actually felt like they read my message instead of just sending some copy-and-paste answer.
Everything was sorted out the same day, and they kept me updated while it was being handled. It made the whole thing so easy, easy enough that I’d definitely order again.

"Showed up way faster than I thought"
I ordered it on Monday and somehow it was already at my door the next day, which caught me off guard in the best way because I was expecting to wait a bit longer, so yeah I’m really happy with how quick the delivery was.

I ordered from Aspinal of London for international delivery and, to be honest, I was fully expecting something to go wrong and to be waiting for an apology. But the updates were clear, the process was easy, and the parcel actually arrived faster than I thought it would.
Everything was packed really nicely and arrived with no damage at all. I’d been a bit nervous about ordering from overseas, but it ended up being completely fine. Credit where it’s due, I’d order again.

"Would happily go back"
I’d definitely go back after this visit. It just felt like a really nice in-store experience from start to finish, especially because the staff were friendly without hovering or trying to rush me.
I only popped in to have a look at a wallet, but ended up choosing one as a gift. They gave me time to decide, answered my questions about the leather, and wrapped it up beautifully, which was a lovely touch.

"Finally, a bag that actually makes sense"
I’m really happy with the size of this. It’s not one of those ridiculously bulky bags that feels like you’re carrying half your house around, but it still fits all my everyday stuff without a struggle. Phone, keys, purse, and a few random extras all go in fine. Why is it so hard to find something practical that still looks nice? Anyway, this one actually does the job.

"Solid warranty support, just a little slow"
I had some stitching come loose on my wallet, so I reached out to support to see what they could do. To be fair, I’m already a bit biased because I really like the wallet and wanted it to work out, but they handled it under warranty without making it a big hassle. It did take a few days longer than I was hoping, which was a little annoying, but in the end they took care of it and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I bought this wallet as a gift and, as I kind of expected from the photos, it did look really nice in person. The box made it feel more presentable too, so that was a plus. Delivery was fine, not slow exactly, but I’ve noticed these things usually take a bit longer than you hope, and that was the case here. Overall a nice gift, just maybe a little pricey for what it is

My order arrived really nicely packed, it felt special to open. The box and tissue paper looked smart, and everything was in perfect condition. I’m giving 4 stars just because, well, there was quite a lot of packaging for one item, so it did feel a little wasteful. But overall, the presentation was lovely and it definitely made the purchase feel more premium

I got my bag last week and, the quality is really nice. The leather feels thick but still soft, the stitching is clean, and it actually feels like something that’s going to last. I’ll admit, the price did annoy me a bit at first because it’s definitely not cheap, and I kept wondering if I’d regret spending that much on a bag. But after using it, I get it. It feels sturdy, looks great, and thankfully doesn’t feel like one of those overpriced things that falls apart after a month.

I was kind of expecting something to be wrong because that usually happens with orders like this, but everything showed up exactly as I ordered it. No mix-ups, nothing missing. I’m still a little surprised, but yeah, I’m happy with it.
