I live in Australia and saw an amazing bag on the Aspinal website that was exactly what I had been looking for. I then read some of the recent reviews that said the customer service had been disappointing. I contacted Aspinal and received an immediate reply assuring me that they could provide me the bag I wanted, delivered to Australia.
I placed the order on-line and the bag was dispatched within 24hrs and arrived at my house 5 days later!! It is as amazing as I hoped it would be and the customer service I have received in all my dealings with Aspinal has been timely, courteous and professional! I would have no hesitation recommending them or ordering further items from them. Great job!!

I ordered a wallet as a treat for myself recently. I had never bought from Aspinal before, however after browsing various websites, this seemed the closest to what I had in mind. I decided to have the wallet stamped with my initials. The website was easy to use, and the order went through easily enough. After ordering, I received several emails with updates on my wallet. It arrived fairly quickly, I think about 6 days after ordering. I hadn't asked for gift wrapping as it was for myself, but it came in a nice sturdy box - as far as I can see the only extra with the gift wrapping option would have been a piece of ribbon. The wallet itself is very nice, just as it was shown on the website. Very happy with my purchase.
